Yes, it is finally spring here in the Northeast! With that being said, May I ask a question? (Insert snicker here.) Why has 975 Park Avenue had 3 apartments recently listed for sale? This month's C8 will be the third time that I have showcased this building. Check out February 2025 for a double listing.

This is an honest-to-goodness prewar classic eight-apartment. It is located on the very posh Park Avenue. You'll find that several prewar buildings are located on Park Avenue. Their apartments are best known for large rooms, oversized windows, wood-burning fireplaces, and intricate moldings. If I haven't said it lately, prewar means before WWII.
Some of the highlights about 11B are that it's situated on the corner of the building (meaning more windows and light). It is also on a higher floor, which provides better views of the city. The fascinating part of this listing is that it has retained its original floor plan. Many times, classic eight apartments are divided, which makes them difficult to find (and expensive)! So, what's the cost on this one? It is listed just under 5 million.
Check out the listing below.
